This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 01.10.2021, passed by this Court in W.P.No.7473 of 2018, thereby directing the respondent to issue patta for the subject land in favour of the petitioner and also effect necessary changes in the revenue records, within a period of twelve weeks. 2.

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with. He also produced a copy of patta issued in favour of the petitioner. 3.
