Mr.N.V.Anandan, learned counsel takes notice for the respondent. By consent, the Criminal Revision Petition is taken up for final hearing at the admission stage itself.

2. Criminal Revision Petition is preferred against the judgment dated 04.07.2018 in Crl.A.No.55 of 2017, on the file of the III Additional Sessions Judge, Salem, by confirming the judgment of conviction imposed in S.T.C.No.881 of 2015, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.III, Salem, dated 29.4.2017.

3. Presently a Joint memo of compromise dated 03.08.2018, signed by both parties, as also their respective counsel, informing the settlement between the parties on terms stated therein, is filed before this Court.

4. Accepting the said Joint Compromise Memo, the conviction and sentence passed by the trial Court is set aside. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Petition is allowed in terms of the Memorandum of Compromise. The Memorandum of Compromise shall form part of the order. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
