..Respondents in both the petitions Prayer in W.P.No.21947 of 2008:- The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the first respondent, culminating in order dated 18.02.2003, in Pa.Ma.No.52324/B1/2002 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to accept the stamp duty paid by the petitioner for document dated 17.01.2002, being Deed of Assignment, bearing pending document No.P1/2002, with the office of the Second Respondent and duly register and release the same to the petitioner.
Prayer in W.P.No.21948 of 2008:- The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records of the second respondent, culminating into the final notice dated 21.07.2008, demanding stamp duty from the petitioner and quash the same. COMMON ORDER Heard the learned counsels appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner Company has been closed and there is no instruction from the petitioner. Hence, the Writ Petitions are dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
