The Writ Petition has been filed seeking to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records of the respondents 1 and 2 herein culminated in the impugned Government Order passed by the 1st respondent in G.O.Ms.No.442, Home (Pol.19) Department, dated 5.6.2009 and quash the same with respect to the 3rd item of the property shown in Cl.II to the Annexure to the impugned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Government Order, situated in Survey No.224, 97, Santhapet, Gudiyatham Town, Vellore District that is being attached as belonging to the 3rd respondent wherein the petitioner's 6/7th undivided interest is involved.

When the matter was called on 27.03.2019, there was no representation for the petitioners. Therefore the matter was directed to be posted under the caption, ''for dismissal'' on 28.03.2019.

Thereafter, when the matter was called on 28.03.2019, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners, however, at the request of the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, the matter was adjourned today. Even today, when the matter is called, there is no representation for the petitioners which shows that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the matter. Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
