This Writ Petition is filed praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 3 and 4 to settle the arrears of salary of Rs.1,29,400/- (Rupees One Lakh twenty nine thousand and four hundred only) with eligible interest, within stipulated time as may be fixed by this
Court and pay monthly salary to the petitioner.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and perused the materials placed before this Court.
3. Today, when the matter is called, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents that the petitioner's representation on various dates i.e., 16.11.2006, 09.07.2009 and 20.06.2011, seeking payment of pending salary will be considered. It is further submitted that the petitioner may submit a fresh representation along with a copy of this order and the same would be considered and orders will be passed based on the fresh representation within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of such representation of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner also stated that a fresh representation would be made.
4. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondents and the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of and the
petitioner may submit a fresh representation to the respondents 3 and 4, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of any representation from the petitioner, the same shall be considered by the respondents and orders be passed on merits and in accordance with law after providing reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of six weeks thereafter.
