This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order passed by this Court dated 04.03.2020, thereby this 1/3

Court directed the second respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.888 of 2019.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the Investigating Officer has almost completed the investigation and about to file a final report, only due to upcoming election the second respondent could not able to file the final report.

3. Considering the above submission, the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
