PRAYER :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents to conduct enquiry on petitioner's representation dated 07.08.2024 and pass orders, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court by cancelling the patta No.403 in respect of S.Nos.32/1, 32/2A, 33, 34/3, 34/4 in Agraharam Village, Anaicut Taluk, Vellore District and the Patta No.941 in respect of S.Nos.26/11, 26/9B, 43/1, 43/2, 62/1A, 62/1B1, 62/1B2 in Thollapalli Village, Anaicut Taluk, Vellore District, both falling under the jurisdiction of the 3rd respondent. ORDER
The Writ Petition has been filed for the following relief:- To direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents to conduct enquiry on petitioner's representation dated 07.08.2024 and pass orders, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court by cancelling the patta No.403 in respect of S.Nos.32/1, 32/2A, 33, 34/3, 34/4 in Agraharam Village, Anaicut Taluk, Vellore District and the Patta No.941 in respect of S.Nos.26/11, 26/9B, 43/1, 43/2, 62/1A, 62/1B1, 62/1B2 in Thollapalli Village, Anaicut Taluk, Vellore District, both falling under the 2/5
jurisdiction of the 3rd respondent.
2.Heard the learned counsels on either side and perused the records. Mr.M.R.Gokul Krishnan, the learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of respondents 1 to 3. 3.Considering this limited request, the present Writ Petition is allowed and a mandamus is issued to the first respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 07.08.2024 after giving personal hearing to the petitioner within a period eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.Accordingly, the Writ Petition is allowed with the above directions. No costs.
