Respondents Prayer:- The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to regularize the Petitioners' Medicinal Practice in Modern Medicine (Allopathy System) and further forbear the respondents from enforcing the Penal Provisions of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 and the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 as against the petitioner in particular.
