Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned staff-fixation for the petitioner school for the year 2016-2017, dated 01.03.2017, on the file of the 3rd respondent and quash the same, directing the 3rd respondent to rectify the error in the staff-fixation dated 01.03.2017, for the academic year 2016-2017 as 1+7=8, instead of 1+6=7, in accordance with the statutory norms prescribed in the Schedule u/s 25 of the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009.
