ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed challenging the docket order dated 07.08.2024 passed in Crl.M.P.SR No. 3521 of 2024, thereby returning the complaint filed by the petitioner seeking direction under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C on the ground that it had been repeatedly filed on flimsy grounds.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the third respondent. Perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is ready and willing to re-present the complaint and the Trial Court may be directed to take it on file and proceed in accordance with law. 2/5

4. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to re-present the complaint after complying with the earlier returns, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such complaint, the Judicial Magistrate, Thiruttani, is directed to take the complaint on file, if it is otherwise in order and proceed with the same in accordance with law.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. Registry is directed to return the original complaint to the petitioner.
