The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioners, without conducting proper enquiry or complaint received against them.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the third petitioner/A4, by name, Dharmalingam alone is required for enquiry and other petitioners are not required for any other purpose.
