This Contempt Petition has been filed on the allegations that the interim order dated 05.11.2020 in W.P.No.14079 of 2020 which has been granted in favour of the petitioners is violated by the respondents by filling up the posts during the pendency of the writ proceedings. 2/4

Mr.P.Kumaresan, learned Additional Advocate General No.VII for the respondents submitted that the posts were not filled up fully and there are certain vacancies which can serve the interest of the petitioners in the event of their Writ Petition in W.P.No.14079 of 2020 are allowed after it is heard.
