PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records in R.P.11/2006/B1 on the file of the second respondent and quash its order dated 31.07.2006 and direct the first respondent to follow the circular orders of the principal Commissioner of Commercial Taxes in Acts CellI/2975/2001 dated 28.02.2001 and to accept the original certificate(s) to extend the concessional rate of tax at 4% as prayed for in the letter sent on 08.02.2006 for the revision of assessment under Section 55 in TNGST 0983554/2003-04 dated 14.10.2005 under the TNGST Act, 1959.
