Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to (i) To modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.Nos.8851 & 6007 of 2020 dated 30.06.2020 that the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One lakh only) as non-refundable deposit to the credit of the Arignar Anna Memorial Cancer Hospital & Research Institute, Kancheepuram, within a period of fifteen days from the date on which the order copay made ready. (CRL.M.P.NO.1415 & 1449/2021) (ii) To extend the time of the order to comply with the orders of this Hon'ble Court made in Crl.O.P.Nos.8851 & 6007 of 2020 dated 30.06.2020. (CRL.M.P.NO.1442 & 1451/2021 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SWAMI SUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the petitioners, [IN ALL THE PETITIONS] and of M/S.G.RAMAR, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents, [IN ALL THE PETITIONS] the court made the following order:-
These petitions have been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.OP.Nos.8851 & 6007 of 2020 dated 30.06.2020 to deposit Rs.1,00,000/- and extend the time of the order to comply with the orders of this Court made in Crl.OP.Nos.8851 & 6007 of 2020 dated 30.06.2020.
2.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that the sand involved is not river sand, it is only gravel sand. 3.Considering the above submission, depositing condition imposed as against the petitioners in Crl.OP.Nos.8851 & 6007 of 2020 dated 30.06.2020 is modified to the effect that each of the petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) to the credit of the Arignar Anna Memorial Cancer Hospital & Research Institute, Kancheepuram and shall produce the said receipt before the court below within a period of seven days from today i.e. 15.02.2021, failing which the anticipatory bail already granted by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled. -sd/- 15/02/2021 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
