O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH,J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed by the brother of the detenu P.Subramani seeking direction to the respondents herein to produce the detenu before this Court and set him at liberty.

2. It is seen that the petitioner's younger brother, who is aged about 25 years went missing, in connection with which, a case in Crime No.1499 of 2015 for man missing has been registered by the second respondent police on 07.09.2015 and investigation is in progress.

3. It appears that the petitioner has not made any allegation of illegal detention by any person. In such circumstances, there is no ground for issuing Writ of Habeas https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Corpus. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed, however, with a direction to the respondent police to proceed with the investigation in Crime No.1499 of 2015 and keep the petitioner informed about any developments.
