The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner-Union made a submission that the concerned workman retired from service on 31.07.2015 on attaining the age of superannuation. On account of the retirement of the workman, the cause aroused for filing of the present writ petition became https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
vanished. Thus, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition.
