This application has been filed by the applicant for extending the mandate of the learned Arbitrator to pass an Award by one year.
2. Mr.D.Balaraman, learned counsel appears on behalf of the respondent undertakes to file vakalat and submits that the respondent has no objection for allowing this application.
3. Recording the same and being satisfied with the reasons given in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this application for extending the mandate of the learned Arbitrator passing Award in the arbitration proceedings is allowed.
