ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to take necessary action based on the representation dated 12.12.2023 by conducting a detailed enquiry to address the issue that the petitioners husband is denied the rights of under-trial prisoner, basic human rights and held in solitary confinement without any order of court by the prison officers for greed of money thereby abusing their power and indulging in corruption to permit the petitioner the visiting rights to meet her husband and 2/5

provide the basic necessities to him till his time in prison and to provide the petitioners husband with the medical help and permit for legal assistance during his time in prison.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

3. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
