ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, to direct the respondents police to register a case on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 29.12.2021 against the accused and investigate into the matter in accordance with law.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 29.12.2021, a case in Crime No.5 of 2022 has been registered by the second respondent for the offences under Section 420 of I.P.C.
