(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 332, and 307 of I.P.C. and Section 3(1) of Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1984 and Section 207 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, in Crime No.174 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. However, today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.E.Raj Thilak, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Original Petition, with liberty to file a fresh application before the concerned authority.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh application before the concerned authority.
