Heard Mr.C.Prakasam, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.P.V.Muralidhar, learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 and perused the materials available on record.

2. The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition seeking for issuance of writ of mandamus, forbearing the respondents 1 and 2 from affix seal in his business premises situated at Old No.284/1, New No.7, Gandhi Road (S.F.No. C-2 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Block, 29/2B), Arni, Tiruvannamalai District.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 on instructions, would submit that the petitioner is a lessee under the third respondent and the respondents 1 and 2 Bank had initiated action against other properties of the third respondent and they have no intention to seal the premises at Old No.284/1, New No.7, Gandhi Road (S.F.No. C-2 Block, 29/2B), Arni, Tiruvannamalai District.

Taking note of the above submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2, this Court is of the considered opinion that no further adjudication is required in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
