ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for the State, who submits that against the judgment of the Division Bench dated 15.11.2019 in W.P.No.998 of 2018 etc. batch, a Special Leave Petition has been preferred before the Apex Court.
2. Any pendency of the Special Leave Petition without any stay orders does not take away the impact of the Division Bench judgment, which we are not inclined to differ. In view of the said Division Bench judgment, which applies on all four squares, this writ petition also stands disposed of on the same terms. No costs.
