ORDER

The petitioner is presently working as Assistant Technical Officer (Special Grade) in Madras University.

2. It is the grievance of the petitioner that she was not given the benefits of the recommendations made by the Anomalies Committee Presided over by Prof. T.Balakrishnan and approved by the Syndicate on 21 May 2010. The petitioner submitted a comprehensive representation on 29 May 2014 requesting the University to implement the recommendations of the Anomalies Committee. However, there was no follow up action.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

The respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 29 May 2014 on merits and in accordance with law and in the light of the recommendations made by the Anomalies Committee headed by Prof. T.Balakrishnan and duly approved by the Syndicate on 21 May 2010 and the related proceedings. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
