O R D E R

The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent not to harass him under the guise of enquiry based on the false complaint lodged by the defacto complainant, namely, Mr.Saalim.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. There is an undertaking on the side of the respondent police that the petitioner will not be harassed, provided, the petitioner extends his co-operation for conducting enquiry in C.S.R.No.166 of 2015.

4. Recording the undertaking on the side of the respondent police, the petitioner is directed to cooperate with the enquiry. In the event of the petitioner extending co-operation for enquiry, he shall not be harassed in any manner.
