These petitions are filed by the petitioners / appellants seeking to condone the delay of 24 days in filing of the above C.M.As.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/ appellants. It is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent that change of vakalath has already been given to the respondent.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned and these petitions are accordingly, ordered.
