Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent herein to dispose of the representation made on 19.09.2019 and proceedings pending in Na.Ka 23173 / 2019 / J2 / dated 14.02.2024 and further representation 01.12.2024 to correct the entries made in UDR and issue Patta. The Writ Petition is filed for the following relief: "To direct the 2nd respondent herein to dispose of the representation made on 19.09.2019 and proceedings pending in Na.Ka 23173 / 2019 / J2 / dated 14.02.2024 and further representation 01.12.2024 to correct the entries made in UDR and issue Patta".

2. It is informed by Mr. M.R.Gokul Krishnan, Additional Government Pleader, that it is the District Revenue Officer, Krishnagiri, who is the authority to consider the petitions regarding the UDR entry corrections.

3. Therefore, this Court suo motu impleads the District Revenue Officer, Krishnagiri, as the 4th respondent in this Writ Petition.

4. The petitioner shall submit his representation to the 4th respondent, within a period of 1 week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and within a period of 6 weeks therefrom, the 4th respondent shall consider the representation and pass orders on merits.

5. The Writ Petition is allowed. No costs.
