(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.K.Hariharan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Edwin Prabhakar, learned State Government Pleader, for the respondents.
2. The learned State Government Pleader submits that subsequent amendments have been made and as such, now, the relief claimed in the writ petition does not survive and that the writ petition has become infructuous.
3. In view of the said statement, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, M.P.No.1 of 2006 is closed.
