The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction to quash the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.60/2015, on the file of the Executive Magistrate/Deputy Commissioner of Police, Coimbatore City, Coimbatore District.

2. It is seen that the second respondent vide proceedings dated 24.04.2015, directed the petitioner to execute a bond towards keeping peace in his locality for a period of one year from the date thereof.
