ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN,J.,] The petitioner made a challenge in O.A.No.729 of 2017 before the 2nd respondent Tribunal, to show cause notice dated 28.4.2017, wherein, it was observed that the penalty of compulsory retirement was modified as reduction to lower scale of pay, wrongly as 10.5.2007 instead of 4.3.2010.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the original Application is of the year 2017 and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

very recently only, the 1st respondent has filed its reply statement and since the petitioner is aged about 62 years and also being a senior citizen, this court may pass appropriate orders for expeditious disposal of the said O.A.No.729 of 2017 pending on the file of the 2nd respondent.

3. Heard the submissions of learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.T.Ramkumar, appearing for the 1st respondent who accepts notice on behalf of the 1st respondent.

4. This Court, taking into consideration, the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner, request the tribunal to accord priority to dispose of the O.A., as expeditiously as possible, not later than four months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
