CRIME NO.1005 OF 2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.OP.NO.24912 of 2021 on 20.12.2021.

Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.24912 of 2021, dated 20.12.2021.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has not compiled with the condition as directed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.24912 of 2021.
