Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking Writ of Certioraified Mandamus, to call for the records of the second respondent in Lr.No.AE/O&M/MVPT/FD/D101/2004 dated 04.06.2004 relating to supply of electricity to the petitioner's building constructed on the land bearing R.S.No.253 and 254 situate at Alandur Medewakkam Main Road, Chennai and quash the same and direct the respondents to effect supply of electricity to the said building without insisting upon production of the completion certificate.
