JUDGMENT
The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent in this Second Appeal brought to the notice of this Court that the appellant had received a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) from the respondent in full quit of his claim over the suit property, which is the subject matter of the present Second Appeal. The appellant also acknowledged the absolute right of the respondent over the suit property and the suit property is now with the possession and enjoyment of the respondent.
