Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the concerned records relating to the Order No.6-1-42/PASIC/ESTT/DP/2004 dated 25.08.2004 passed by the second respondent and Order dated 17.06.2006 made in appeal No.01/2005 passed by the first respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in service and give him all consequential monetary and other benefits.
