PRAYER: The Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records of the order of suspension dated 28.08.2008 in proceedings in RC.No.K2/44600/2008 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same.

O R D E R

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records of the order of suspension dated 28.08.2008 in Proceedings in RC.No.K.2/44600/2008 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same.

2. The petitioner has challenged the order of suspension for bringing political influence against his transfer. He was placed under suspension on 28.08.2008. The suspension order was stayed by this Court on 16.09.2008. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The suspension order was issued for not obeying the transfer order. Now after lapse of 13 years, there may not any need for continuing the suspension. Due to the change of circumstances, the suspension order issued by the first respondent in Proceedings RC.No.K2/44600/2008, dated 28.08.2008 would not survive and hence, the same is set aside and the Writ Petition is ordered accordingly.
