Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records from the 4th and 5th respondents and quashing the impugned order dated 09.06.2008 issued by the 4th and 5th respondents and further directing respondents 4 to 6 to confirm on a permanent basis the petitioner's appointment as Junior Grade B.T.Assitant made by the 4th respondent on 30.11.2006, communicate the same to respondents 1 to 3 herein and consequentially pay the petitioner his entire salaries and other benefits due to him from 01.12.2006 till date. This writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 09.06.2008 passed pursuant to an order passed by this Court in W.P.No.11420 of 2008 dated 30.04.2008 rejecting request of the petitioner to permit him to work in Indian Evangelical Lutherian Church School on permanent basis as B.T.Assistant.

Mr.L.Chandra Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has worked from the year 2006 till 09.06.2008, but he was not paid any salary for the said period and sought for liberty to make representation before the concerned authorities instead of adjudicating this writ petition on merits.

In the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to make a representation to the concerned authorities for payment of salary for the period alleged to have been worked by the petitioner. In case, if any such representation is submitted the same shall be considered strictly in accordance with law and appropriate orders be passed thereon within a period
of two (2) months from the date of submission of representation. 4.
