Aggrieved by the impugned order dated 26.2.2016 passed by the Joint Director of Agriculture, Thiruvallur transferring the petitioner, by name, S.Dhayalan, from Keechalam near Pallipattu in Vellore District to Madhavaram, this writ petition has been filed.

2. When the matter is taken up today, Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to make a representation to the first respondent to retain him in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the same place considering his physical disability. He has also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect.

3. In view of the said submission and the endorsement made, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to make a representation to the first respondent, if he is so advised. If any such representation is being made, it is for the first respondent to decide the same in accordance with law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
