(CRIME NO.356 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Relax the Condition of "Reporting before the Respondent Police on every Wednesday at 10.30 A.M." imposed on the petitioners in Crl.OP.No.23144 dated 03.12.2021 and pass such further or other orders as this Hon`ble Court may deem fit and proper to the circumstances. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. D.MARIO JOHNSON, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.23144 of 2021, dated 03.12.2021.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.
The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition without any deviation.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.
