A.Nos.633 and 634 of 2024 in O.P No.761 of 2022 A.A.NAKKIRAN, J.

These two applications have been filed by the applicant/petitioners i) to permit them to mark photocopy of the documents serial no.1 to 3 tabulated in the application and ii) to receive additional documents serial no.1 to 6 as mentioned in the Judge's Summons.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the applications, this Court is inclined to permit the applicant/petitioners to mark the documents as listed in the Judge's Summons, however, subject to proof and relevancy. Accordingly, these two applications are allowed.

4. Post the matter before the Master Court, for recording evidence on 14.02.2024.
