This writ petition has been filed against the interim order dated 19.12.2006 passed by the second respondent in S.P.No.21/2006 in AP.No.31/06 directing to pay 25% of the disputed tax amount. When this writ petition was taken up, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

learned counsel on either side have submitted that the appeal in which the interim order has been passed, has been disposed of and hence nothing survives in this writ petition for adjudication.

2.Recording the above submission, the writ petition is dismissed as one having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently the connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
