Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 herein to preserve and maintain the channel situated in R.S.No.12/2, Sanniyasipatti Village, Bhavani Taluk, Erode District and also direct the respondents 1 to 4 herein to remove the encroachment made in the said channel between R.S.Nos.12/1B and 12/3A, Sanniyasipatti Village, Bhavani Taluk, Erode District.

ORDER

When this writ petition was taken up, the learned Additional Govt.Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 7 to 9 have submitted that the prayer made in this writ petition has been considered by the authorities and the channel situated in R.S.No.12/2, Sanniyasipatti Village, Bhavani Taluk, Erode District is now properly maintained by them, by removing the encroachments.

2.Recording the above submission, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
