O R D E R

The petitioner has filed a writ petition for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the respondent Na.Ka.1573/2004/A3 dated 14.04.2004, quash the same and direct the respondent to make a composite assessment of land and building in Door No.217-B, Jawaharlal Nehru Road, Villupuram in the name of the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner filed a memo dated 11.07.2019, wherein it is stated that the petitioner has agreed to pay the building tax upto II half of 2004-2005 without interest as claimed in the impugned order dated 14.04.2004.

3. From the above lines, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the petitioner to pay the building tax upto the II half of 2004-2005 without interest and further makes it clear that the petitioner has to pay any further tax to the Government as on date to be paid.

4. With the above directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
