The above petition is filed to condone the delay of 56 days in filing the above appeal.

2. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition for condoning the delay.

Accordingly, the delay is condoned.

3. The appellant is directed to serve copies of the papers on the respondents before the matter comes up for admission.

4. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if otherwise in order.

The Registry is also directed to print the name of the learned counsels for the respondents, when the matter is posted for admission.
