ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for transfer of all proceedings in S.T.C.No.111 of 2013 pending in the Judicial Magistrate (Fast Track Court), Poonamallee.

2.The only reason assigned is that the petitioner is having physical ailments and he is taking treatment. 3.Right from the beginning there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and the case was not even admitted by this Court.

4.In the result, this Court is not inclined to transfer the proceedings and this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed and the Court below is directed to complete the proceedings in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

S.T.C.No.111 of 2013, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, if it has not already been disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
