ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner. 2.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that based on the complaint given by one Madaiyan C.No.374 of 2019 was issued and only for enquiry purpose, the petitioner was called and he was not subjected to any harassment.

3. Considering the aforesaid submission, the second respondent is directed to enquire the complainant with regard to the said complaint and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence, he has to register the case and proceed further and instead of that, he should not unnecessarily harass the petitioner.
