2.The 1st respondent filed caveat petition and entered apperance through counsel. The respondents 2 and 3 remained exparte before the Tribunal and hene notice to respondents 2 and 3 is dispensed with.
3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent. 4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 233 days is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to 'Samarpana', No.10, Subramani Nagar, Vinayagapuram, Near https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
