2.Mr.K.V.Ananthakrushnan, learned counsel for the appellant, seeks permission to take back the original sale deed, which was marked as Ex.B1 dated 26.06.1976.
3.The appellant may substitute an attested true copy of the said sale deed and if that is produced, the Registry may return back the original and keep the attested copy of the sale deed for the sake of records as Ex.B1 and also indicate that the original of Ex.B1 had been returned back to Mr.K.V.Anantha Krushnan, learned counsel for the appellant. If any acknowledgement is required, the Registry may get such acknowledgements and return back the original of Ex.B1.
4.The entire exercise must be completed by the Registry on or before 25.01.2023.
