Earlier when the matter was taken up for hearing on 07.10.2020, there was no representation for both sides and the matter was directed to be posted on 04.11.2020.
2. When the above Writ Petition was posted for hearing on 04.11.2020, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence, the matter was posted today "for dismissal". Even today, (11.11.2020) there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner either in person or through the counsel on record. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
