ORDER

The petitioners' land was acquired. Asserting that such land had not been put to use, after submitting a representation dated 07.11.2025 seeking re-conveyance, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Learned senior counsel for the petitioners submits that the representation may be considered and disposed of on merits.

3. Mr.L.Jai Venkatesh, learned standing counsel, appears on behalf of the second respondent. He submits that there is no objection to the representation being considered and disposed of.

4. Accordingly, without making any observations on the merits, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to consider and dispose of the representation dated 07.11.2025 within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of 2/4

this order, after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioners and the second respondent. There shall be no order as to costs.
