ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to dispose S.A.No.8692/A/2022, dated 12.05.2022 and consequently direct the 1st respondent to imposed penalty on the respondents 2 and 3 under Section 20(1) of RTI Act, 2005.

2. Mr.C.Vigneswaran, learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that the appeal in S.A.No.8692/A/2022, has been disposed as early as on 28.04.2023.

3. It appears that the petitioner is unaware of the order which was passed in the appeal on 28.04.2023 and hence, filed the present Writ Petition to dispose off the said appeal. Therefore, the copy of the order passed in S.A.No.8692/A/2022, dated 28.04.2023 has been furnished to the counsel for the petitioner

4. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
