The petitioners seek a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioners.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. There is an undertaking on the side of the respondent police that if the presence of the petitioners are required by the respondent police, they will issue summons to them and as otherwise, they will not cause any inconvenience to them.

4. Recording the undertaking on the side of the respondent police, the petitioners are directed to appear before the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent police for interrogation and enquiry, if they receive any summons. In such event, the petitioners shall not be harassed by the respondents.

With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
